Angela Gibson, MD, PhD, FACS, is a UW Health surgeon and an associate professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Gibson cares for patients with acute (sudden onset) injuries that require immediate care. She specializes in surgically treating trauma and burns and performing surgical critical care. Dr. Gibson has a special clinical interest in burn surgery. She also manages complicated wounds and performs trauma surgery.
