Dr. Tom Anderson is Morton Hospital's primary surgeon. He has been the director of the hospital's surgery clinic since his move to Morton in January 2003. Dr. Anderson served as a surgeon in the U.S. Air Force at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina from 1988-1994 before opening his private practice in East Liverpool, Ohio in 1994. Dr. Anderson specializes in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Endoscopy, upper and lower. He also performs an incision-less surgery, TIF, to treat the cause of acid reflux. Arbor Health, Morton Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital serving East Lewis County.
