Dr. Kevin Clark has been a general surgeon in Davis County for over 30 years. We offer a one of a kind office experience with a small office staff and no calling trees when you call our office. You will be directed straight to our medical assistant or sometimes even Dr. Clark himself. We would be happy to help assist you with any general surgery needs you may have. We accept most all insurance companies but a quick phone call to our office to verify if we accept your plan is wonderful. We are a Medicare and Medicaid provider.
