D Rohan Jeyarajah, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained surgeon. He specializes in gastrointestinal (GI) and hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) surgery, which includes the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and bile duct. Located at Methodist Richardson Medical Center, Dr Jeyarajah has been practicing in the DFW area since 1996. Dr Jeyarajah treats a wide range of GI and HPB conditions, including complex ones. He performs minimally invasive, robotic-assisted surgery to remove pancreatic, liver, rectal, gastric, and esophageal tumors. In addition, Dr Jeyarajah specializes in treating tumors in the back of the abdomen (retroperitoneal) that require vascular surgery. He works closely with vascular surgeons in these cases.
