Welcome to SOFHA Surgical Group (formerly Surgical Group of Johnson City). Our comprehensive surgical practice is dedicated to the care of general surgical and obese patients. We specialize in the minimally invasive approach to surgical problems including cancer, colon and rectal, abdominal wall and inguinal hernias, breast, gallbladder, thyroid and parathyroid, and bariatric surgery. We sub-specialize in both the laparoscopic and open procedures for obesity surgery including the ROUX-EN-Y gastric bypass and gastric sleeve.
