Dr. Rapp graduated from Duke University in 1981 with a degree in BioMedical Engineering. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University in 1985, and then completed his postgraduate residency training in Phoenix. Upon completing his medical training, Dr. Rapp served the US Air Force for five years and then moved to Greenwood, SC, where he has practiced since 1995. Dr. Rapp opened the office of Premier Surgical Services, PA in Greenwood in September of 2003 which provided the community with a surgical practice offering weight loss surgery options in addition to a full range of general surgery options.
