Dr. Kellogg received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Rush University Medical Center and his fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Kellogg grew up in Connecticut but has spent most of the last decade in the Chicago area. He is married and has two sons.
