Dr. Bregg earned his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Basseterre, St. Kitts in the Caribbean and his master of business administration at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He completed his general surgery residencies at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas and Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
