Gina Howell, MD

Gina Howell, MD, is certified in general surgery and critical care by the American Board of Surgery. She is a trauma and general surgeon primarily at UPMC Mercy and is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Howell received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Howell’s clinical interests include trauma and surgical critical care. She has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
