Dr. Koh received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago in 1994. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, then completed a fellowship in General Thoracic Surgery at Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre at Dalhousie University Medical School in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He completed a second fellowship in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at the University of Minnesota just prior to joining the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute in Eugene. Dr.
