John Goulart, D.O.

John Goulart, D.O., is a general surgeon in Enid. Dr. Goulart came to Enid from Spokane, Wash., in 2004. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon. In 1998, Dr. Goulart earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. He completed an internship at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth and followed that with a residency at Ohio University/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Goulart is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
