Dr. Fisher, a Kiowa, Kansas native, earned his undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and his medical degree from OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received the Provost Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He completed his General Surgery residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Dr. Fisher specializes in Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, focusing on diseases of the liver, pancreas, and digestive tract. He joined Surgical Associates in 2002 and is active in all aspects of general surgery.
