From an early age, Dr Thibodeaux felt called to be a surgeon. So fascinated with the world of medicine, he became a registered respiratory therapist even before completing his undergraduate degree, continuing to work in this field through medical school. During his general surgery training, Dr Thibodeaux expanded his expertise to include trauma and vascular surgery. His research has been published in medical journals focusing on laparoscopic, general and cardiovascular surgery. He continues to pursue new technologies in minimally invasive surgery for even greater precision and patient recovery.
