Dr. Steven Gross is a board-certified general surgeon in Greensboro, NC. Dr. Gross earned his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed both his surgical residency and a two-year postgraduate cancer research fellowship at The Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center while at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following private practice in Asheville, NC, Dr. Steve Gross returned to the Piedmont and joined Central Carolina Surgery in 2007. He practices a broad range of general surgery with a particular interest in advanced minimally invasive, robotic, single site, TEM, and endoscopic approaches to diseases of the digestive tract and abdomen.
