Dr. Matthew Tsuei is a board-certified general surgeon in Greensboro, NC. completed his surgical residency training at Wake Forest. After residency, he spent four years in the United States Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base, with several overseas deployments to Africa, Germany and Iraq. He served as an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and was on the clinical faculty at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Upon leaving the military, he spent a year in private practice in Hendersonville, NC, before joining Central Carolina Surgery in 2006. Dr. Tsuei’s clinical interests include minimally invasive gallbladder and colon surgery, abdominal wall hernias & breast cancer.
