Kevin Phelan, MD, FACS

Dr. Phelan is Board Certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Prior to joining our practice he served three overseas tours of duty in the United States Air Force. Dr. Phelan performs minimally invasive procedures and provides the full range of general surgical care for hernia surgery, stomach disease, acid reflux disease, gallbladder and biliary disease, small intestine disease, colon cancer and diverticular disease, anorectal disorders, skin cancer and skin lesions, and benign breast disease.
