I am a board-certified general surgeon who has completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. I am forthcoming with my patients, and give them the same advice I would give to my family members. I explain their treatment plan and options for weight loss surgery and enjoy seeing their transformation. I am also the co-director of the Duke Hernia Center at Duke Regional Hospital, where I specialize in surgery for complex hernias.
