Dr. Ramirez is a board-certified general surgeon in Greensboro, NC. He carried out his General Surgery residency training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis. Following his General Surgery training, Dr. Ramirez returned to San Antonio, TX to further his surgical training by completing an extra year of Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Texas Endosurgery Institute under the direction of Dr. Morris Franklin. Dr. Ramirez has obtained his American Board of Surgery certification. Dr. Ramirez surgical interests currently include a wide breadth of general surgery to include laparoscopic hernia repairs, gallbladder surgery, small bowel and colon surgery, gastric reflux surgery, endocrine and solid organ surgery.
