Sharon Rosenbaum Smith, MD, is associate chief of breast surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, a part of the Northwell Health Cancer Institute. She sees patients with breast cancer and benign breast disease such as fibroadenoma, fibrocystic changes, and ductal or lobular hyperplasia. She also provides care to people at high risk of developing breast cancer, including those with BRCA mutations or a family history of the disease.
