From our website, you can request an appointment, access and complete your medical forms, including your medical history, keeping your visit focused on how we can help you manage your pain. ONCE YOU RE HERE You will find our staff is pleasant and will often greet you by name. Don t expect to wait very long either we pride ourselves on getting patients to see Dr. Hamilton promptly. IN THE EXAM ROOM Dr. Hamilton will ask you questions about your pain and any previous treatments.
