Frank Rotolo, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the division head of General Surgery at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC). A native of Maryland, he completed his undergraduate studies Magna cum laude at Georgetown University where he received the Milievik Chemistry Award. At the University of Michigan Medical School he was the awarded the Gardner Child 3rd award as the top graduating medical student entering surgery. He completed his general surgical residency at Duke University Medical Center in 1989 under the Direction of David C. Sabiston, M.D. At Duke he spent two research years in the hepatobiliary laboratory of William C.
