Matthew Bozeman, MD

Matthew C. Bozeman, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery’s Division of Trauma, Critical Care at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. Dr. Bozeman performed his general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Additionally, while completing his residency, Dr. Bozeman also completed the Nestle Enteral Nutrition Fellowship. Dr. Bozeman played a crucial role in the development of the expanded and renovated Burn Center at UofL Hospital, which opened in 2018 with him as the assistant medical director.
