Erik Wayne, M.D. is a vascular surgeon primarily practicing with UofL Physicians – Vascular Surgery at UofL Health – Chestnut Street Outpatient Center. He is also an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Wayne’s areas of interest include aortic aneurysms, endovascular and vascular options of peripheral artery disease, venous disease and hemodialysis access. He received his M.D. from University of Iowa College of Medicine, completed his residency in general surgery at UofL Health – UofL Hospital and completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Wake Forest University Health Service.
