Blake V. Conklin, DO, FACOS

About

Dr. Conklin completed his general surgery residency at Doctor's Hospital and Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio and completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery at Sinai Hospital and Northwest Hospital in Baltimore. He earned his degree in osteopathic medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bio-sciences and majored in human biology at the University of Kansas. Dr. Conklin is a board-certified general surgeon, a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
