Mohammed Haidar is a UW Health surgeon. He provides care for patients with gallbladder disease, wounds, bowel obstruction (blockages) and appendicitis. Dr. Haidar also diagnoses and treats a broad spectrum of diseases that affect the colon, the rectum and the anus. He cares for patients with benign (noncancerous) and malignant (cancerous) diseases. Dr. Haidar treats colon and rectal cancer, anal cancer, and digestive diseases such as diverticulitis (colon inflammation), Crohn's disease (digestive tract inflammation) and ulcerative colitis (ulcers or sores in the bowel).
