Dr. Andres Giovannetti is a board certified general surgeon He obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Hospital “Dr. Miguel Perez Carreño” in Caracas and then he pursued an Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery Fellowship at Hospital de Clinicas Caracas. He moved to Chicago and enrolled for a General Surgery Residency at the University of Illinois Metropolitan Group of Hospitals. He continued his training completing a Minimally Invasive and Advanced Gastrointestinal and Hepato-pancreatico-biliary Surgery Fellowship at AdventHealth Hospital Tampa. His extensive training gives Dr Giovannetti the expertise to treat common and advanced surgical conditions
