Reema Mallick, MD, FACS

About

Dr. Mallick completed her general surgery training at the University of Minnesota and spent time at the University of Alabama-Birmingham focused on clinical research on outcomes after endocrine surgery. She has authored a number of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on topics in endocrine surgery and minimally invasive general surgery, and has received recognition for essays on surgical ethics and practice. She completed her training with a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh in endocrine surgery and specializes in surgery of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. She has specific interests in thyroid cancer and minimally invasive parathyroid surgery, as well as renal hyperparathyroidism.
