Dr. Rasque is board certified in colon and rectal surgery with 20 years of experience. She received her medical degree at Tulane University. She completed residency in general surgery at the Yale University-affiliated program at St. Mary's Hospital and completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Creighton University. Dr. Rasque treats all areas of colon and rectal surgery both abdominal and anorectal. This includes colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis and rectal prolapse. Anorectal disorders include: Hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, hidradenitis, anal dysplasia and cancers as well as pilonidal disease (performs cleft closure).
