Dr. Milagros Fernandez is a board-certified surgeon with Orlando Health Medical Group Surgery in Clermont. She has expertise in general surgery, acute care surgery, minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery. Dr. Fernandez has served Central Florida patients since 2021. She values teamwork, empathy, education and providing the best surgical care possible. Dr. Fernandez received her bachelor’s in biology, earned her medical degree and completed her general surgery residency from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She completed a fellowship in transplant surgery research at Auxilio Mutuo Hospital in San Juan. Dr. Fernandez is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is fluent in English and Spanish.
