Dr Larisa (Lara) C. Kelley joined Palm Beach Dermatology in 2008 following 19 years in the Harvard Medical School system. Dr. Kelley completed her Residency in the Harvard Dermatology training program based at Massachusetts General Hospital, then sought specialized skin cancer and laser surgery (both functional and aesthetic) at Washington University’s Barnes Hospital in St Louis. After completing her training, Dr. Kelley directed the Dermatologic Surgical division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (1997-2008), a major teaching institution of Harvard Medical School where she served as an assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
