Amit Sastry, MD

About

Dr Amit Sastry, MD, FACS, is a General and Hepatobiliary surgeon. Dr Sastry was born and raised in Columbus Ohio, obtained his medical doctoral degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and continued his education and training at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center for General Surgery residency. He then went on to complete his training in Liver, Pancreas and Biliary surgery (HPB Surgery) at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr Sastry is currently an assistant professor affiliated with Florida International University Medical School and is currently a part of the Center for Advanced Surgical Oncology in Hialeah, Florida.
