About

Dr. David Kramer specializes in the surgical treatment of spinal disorders such as spinal stenosis, disc herniations, spondylolisthesis, spinal trauma and tumors. He is experienced with minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery, cervical laminoplasty, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, and other procedures. He uses non-operative management of spinal conditions when possible, and recommends surgery only when necessary. Dr. Kramer earned his medical degree at Dartmouth Medical School. He also completed his residency in Orthopedic surgery at Dartmouth. He completed a combined orthopaedic/neurosurgery spine fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Rothman Institute in Philadelphia.
