My clinical interests apply to the broad field of Surgical Oncology with emphasis on Gastrointestinal Cancers (Esophagus, Stomach, Colon, Rectum), Melanoma, and Sarcoma. I am a firm believer in delivering a multidisciplinary care team approach designed to best suit the individual patient situation. I am also a strong believer in advancing medical knowledge through both clinical and translational research and actively participate in many national and local trials striving to improve cancer outcomes. I aim to provide the best possible care taking into consideration the individual patient's specific cancer and treatment goals. Surgery is just one aspect of the team based integrated multidisciplinary care we strive to deliver.
