Dr. Erik Rieger has been in general surgery practice for over 25 years, 12 years in Canon City. He is a Board Certified Surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Wound Medicine and Surgery. General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery and Endoscopic procedures include but limited to the following: gallbladder removal, hernia repair, Endoscopic procedures (Colonoscopy and EGD), cyst removal, tumor biopsies. Currently scheduling procedures at Arkansas Valley Surgery Center and St. Thomas More Hospital.
