Dr. Steven Mills is a UCI Health surgeon who specializes in inflammatory bowel disease, colon and rectal cancers, colon and rectal surgery, including sphincter salvage techniques and management of benign anorectal disorders. Mills received his medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, N.Y. He completed residency training at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Ore., where he was a nine-time recipient of the university’s Recognition for Outstanding Service Excellence award. He then completed specialized fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Southern California.
