Dr. Brusett performs a broad variety thoracic, vascular, and general surgery procedures. With respect to thoracic surgery Dr. Brusett specializes in the treatment of lung cancer, benign lung masses, mediastinal tumors, hiatal hernias, and diaphragmatic defects. He is the only thoracic surgeon in the north state using the Da Vinci platform to perform thoracic robotic surgical procedures. With respect to vascular disease Dr. Brusett specializes in the open treatment of occlusive aortoiliac disease and the open treatment of lower extremity peripheral vascular disease. With respect to general surgery Dr. Brusett is well versed in the use robotic assisted surgery to perform many of these procedures.
