Dr. Shawn Stevenson is a board-certified gastrointestinal surgeon with Dignity Health Medical Group in Chandler, Arizona. Dr. Stevenson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in 1996. He attended medical school at Midwestern University from which he graduated with honors in 2001. Dr. Stevenson then completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Arizona. During residency, he received the Charles W. Witte Surgical Intern of the Year award. Dr. Stevenson is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Stevenson specializes in the following surgical procedures: bariatric, advanced laparoscopic, colorectal, and oncologic surgery.
