Joseph Di Como, MD

About

Joseph Di Como, MD is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist. He completed his fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology and was a Clinical Teaching Fellow of breast oncology at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at St. George’s University and went on to complete his residency in General Surgery at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center/Temple University (Johnstown, PA). Dr. Di Como has published multiple research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at society meetings both nationally and internationally. His current research interests are focused on rare breast lesions, inflammatory breast cancer, cancer genetics, and identifying patients at high risk.
