Dr. Gustafson is a board certified general surgeon. She performs surgical procedures to treat gallbladder disease, hernias (umbilical, ventral, inguinal, hiatal), diseases of the colon (cancer, diverticulitis), hemorrhoids, reflux disease, bowel obstruction, benign skin lesions and skin cancer, thyroid and parathyroid glands and more. She has a particular interest in a minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy and robotics) and uses this approach when feasible.
