We provide a variety of office based surgical and aesthetics services. We offer No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy, lesion evaluation and excision and endoscopy. We also offer Botox and Dermal Fillers injections. All our services are provided by Dr. Rene' Alvarez, General Surgeon. We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, and our 'self pay' price is often less than many insurance deductibles. We are happy to check your individual plan.
