William M Meadows, Jr., MD is a plastic surgeon with the Wound Treatment Center and the Reconstructive Surgical Clinic. Dr Meadows is originally from Birmingham and attended the University of South Alabama College of Medicine to earn his medical degree. He completed his general surgery residency at East Carolina University and went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
